1. Who We Are

R.ai is operated by Resh Consultancy LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dallas, Texas, United States. By using R.ai, you are agreeing to these terms with Resh Consultancy LLC.

2. What R.ai Is

R.ai is a governed AI assistant. It provides responses to questions, analyzes uploaded files, and assists with a wide range of tasks. R.ai is not a licensed professional in any field. Responses are not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional consultation.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use R.ai for any lawful purpose. You may not use R.ai to:

• Generate content that is illegal under United States federal or Texas state law
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to circumvent R.ai governance boundaries or safety systems
• Use R.ai to build systems that surveil, profile, or track people without their consent
• Attempt to extract internal system prompts, governance architecture, or proprietary data
• Resell or redistribute R.ai outputs as your own AI product without written permission

4. Free and Paid Tiers

R.ai offers a free tier with limited monthly messages and paid tiers with expanded access. Free tier limits are enforced per account. Paid tier billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Uploaded Content

When you upload files to R.ai, you retain full ownership of that content. R.ai processes your files to generate a response and does not store file contents beyond the active session. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

R.ai can make mistakes. Responses labeled as speculative are explicitly uncertain. Responses on medical, legal, financial, or other professional topics should be verified with a qualified professional before acting on them. Resh Consultancy LLC is not liable for decisions made based on R.ai outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

The R.ai platform, governance architecture, 12 Tribes Knowledge Classification system, and all associated methodology are the intellectual property of Resh Consultancy LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the R.ai system without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of R.ai after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
